Friday night marks the beginning of event weekend, and it starts at d.e.c. on Dragon with the Official Kick-Off Party of the NFFC. This event is exclusively for our MVP pass holders, fantasy football experts, and the rest of our star-studded roster and will feature special guest appearances, performances, and much more. The venue, a two-story contemporary event space with a rooftop terrace offering a stunning view of downtown Dallas, is situated in the heart of the Trinity Design District just miles from the NFFC host hotel and Fair Park.

The Fan Expo will be open to fans on Saturday from 9am – 6pm, and Sunday from 9am – 1pm. The following exhibits will be open for the entire duration of the Fan Expo:

Fantasy Combine: Most of us will never reach a pro field, but that doesn’t mean you can’t compete with the players. Fans can put their football skills to the test with draft experts and real pro talent at this interactive exhibit hosted on our indoor turf field. Participants can throw and catch passes with NFL stars and have their abilities measured in a truly unique experience for fans of all ages!

Tailgate Zone: It’s everything great about pregame tailgating wrapped up in one expansive exhibit. Tour the Tailgate Zone for some of the greatest tailgating products presented by our sponsors and partners. The Tailgate Zone will also include player appearances, giveaways, and more.

NFFC Fancave: Enhance your at-home atmosphere by interacting with our exhibitors who share your passion for football. From technology to décor, the NFFC Fancave offers an   opportunity for attendees to check out the most unique products that compliment the gameday viewing experience.

MVP Lounge: For those who purchase MVP Passes, you are invited to an exclusive lounge where you can kick back, relax, and have access to our premium partners and sponsors. You may even spot with a player or two! (You must purchase an MVP Pass to gain access to the MVP Lounge)

Autograph/Photo Sessions: Throughout the duration of the Fan Expo hours, there will be sessions during which fans can meet their favorite players, take a picture and get an autograph. The final schedule will be released prior to July 15, 2017.


For its inaugural year, the NFFC will host an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9am outside of Fair Park. We will be inviting three lucky fans to participate alongside our VIP guests.

9:45am - FANTASY 101: Fantasy Football for Rookies

If you’re new to fantasy football, or just looking for a refresher on the basics, this short course is the first step toward mastering the art of fantasy football. In this session our experts will share their wisdom on getting started, how stats translate to points, and much more. This is an introductory course designed to get you on track to becoming a fantasy football expert.

10:30am - FANTASY 201: Analytics with George V. Kondraske, PhD (presented by Optima Fantasy Sports)

What is analytics and how is it used in fantasy football?  Sponsored by Optima Fantasy Sports, this workshop will increase your awareness and understanding of analytics and point out key differences in predictive modeling techniques.  Learn the basics of traditional regression analysis methods as well as the Optima approach based on general systems performance theory and application of it to human performance.  Concepts of position-dependent athlete performance capacity envelopes, limiting performance resources, and team performance optimization will be discussed to provide new insights into quantifying player value and lineup formation.

You’ve undoubtedly read, watched, listened to —and, at times, chosen to ignore— the fantasy and football advice of this star-studded roundtable of football experts. Now is your chance to participate in a live fantasy football draft with these experts, hosted by pro stars who will certainly have their own opinions on each selection. Fans are encouraged to get involved in this entertaining draft event by grading each expert’s draft, with your grades determining the ultimate winner. Afterward, the participating players and experts will take questions from the audience, break down their toughest picks, and offer you with advice you won’t hear anywhere else.

The Fantasy Football Hall of Fame is a live event honoring some of the game’s top performers of the past, with stats and trivia from some of football’s greatest single-game, season-long, and career-spanning performances. This year’s Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be hosted by Matthew Berry and former NFL star Michael Vick.

3:45pm - FANTASY 301: Art of Trash Talk

Your draft will take place on the Main Stage in front of thousands of fans, projected onto the big screen, and subject to the commentary and critiques of everyone in attendance.
